CHANGES AND RETURNS:
You have a term of 30 days once you receive your order.
At Maiwabrand we double the mandatory legal period for exchanges and returns so you know that you can fully trust your purchase.
MAKE YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS:
1) Send us a mail indicating :
- Order number.
- Day you want the courier to pick up the package (from the day after you notify us of the change by mail).
- Shipping address (only if it is different from the delivery address).
2) Cover the exchange/return form that you receive together with your order and put it in the package that you will deliver to the courier together with the garment you want to exchange or return.
If you don't have it, you can request it in the email from step 1 and we'll send it to you along with the shipping label.
3) Paste the shipping label on the return package . We send you this label in response to the email from step 1, the one you send us requesting the return.
You must take into account that:
- The products that are exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, without having been used and with all their labels and original packaging; If the established conditions are not met, the payment cannot be made.
- The costs of return and the first change are free in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For the second or subsequent changes, the costs will be borne by the customer.
- For changes and/or returns in the Canary Islands/Ceuta/Melilla or areas of the EU, they will be the same amount as the shipping costs and will be paid by the buyer. In case of return, the amount of the purchase will be paid minus the transport costs. In case of change, we will indicate by mail the instructions to follow.
- The refund of the amount will be made by the same method by which the payment was made.
Once we receive your return or exchange, we will proceed to send the new product, or where appropriate, the refund of the amount in the applicable conditions and according to the conditions established for each case.
For purchases made from the US, changes and returns will be the responsibility of the buyer: you must send an email to email@example.com and we will indicate the steps to follow.
How can I know what size to choose?
We recommend taking the usual size you wear, but if you still have doubts, in each product you have a table of the measurements of the width and length of the garment.
If you are not sure which one to choose, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you as best as possible.
How can I pay for my order?
You can make your payment in a totally safe and protected way with:
- your Visa, Master Card or American Express card.
- With BIZUM: for this you have to follow the indicated instructions at checkout.
- With PAYPAL.

If the payment has been processed correctly and you do not receive the order confirmation email, you should check your spam tray. If you still don't have it, write to us at email@example.com and we'll help you.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
You can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not left our facilities. If it has already left, you must wait for it to arrive and request a change or refund.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
-STANDAR orders 2-3 working days
-EXPRESS orders 24/48 hours.
Once your order is prepared, it is picked up by the courier and delivered in 24/48 hours.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is assigned to the courier company, you will receive a message indicating the locator number so that you can track where it is and what the delivery date is. Shipments are made with Correos Express and you can track ithere.Shipments to the Canary Islands / Ceuta / Melilla that are made with Correos, the locator number is provided.Shipments to the EU are made by international courier transport and will be indicated at the time of shipping the locator number and shipping company.

I'm going on vacation and I want to receive my order in another place, can I do it?
If you are not going to be at home for a few days and you want to receive your order at your vacation spot (even if you are in a hotel), you just have to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and that you want to change the shipping address and we will contact you to specify everything necessary for the delivery to take place correctly.
